Returns Policy: Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority
We will accept most product returns within 30 days of receipt. Items that are damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded after a review by our Customer Care Team.
Returning items may incur additional shipping fees for the customer.
Return Process: Here’s How To Return An Item
Sign in to My Account and select the Order & Returns option. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
Package the items with a copy of the RMA code you received. Return your package to:

Refunds For Purchases Made with Credit Cards: Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds For Purchases Made with Check: Allow 2 business weeks for a refund check to be processed.
Exclusions For Refunds On Returns
- United Packaging Mart reserves the right to reject any return that cannot be verified by proof in line with our limitations and exclusions.
- United Packaging Mart is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Factory Direct items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Custom merchandise is non-returnable unless defective.
- We are unable to accept damaged or defective claims after 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Some orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Food grade packaging that has been opened is not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs. Returning items may incur additional shipping fees for which you are responsible.
